Objectives of this role

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (B.A. LLB) from a recognised university.

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate or business law and working with corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, employment law, regulator compliance, and intellectual property in the Indian business context.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice with legal drafting and negotiation skills.
