Objectives of this role
- Plan and execute an inventory tracking system for supply chain inventories
- Liaise with different suppliers and do a cost analysis to get the best prices and rates
- Document the inventory movements and report them to the upper management
- Make sure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, keeping in mind quality and inventory control
- Recruit, train and manage a whole team of warehouse workers and ensure and audit the inventory control of the tasks that they perform
- Maintain safety in the warehouse, by adhering to the company safety policies and national regulations according to the legal standards

Required skills and qualifications

- Prior work experience as an inventory manager or in a similar position
