Breakneck turnaround times are the norm in sourcing contractors, and many of WGI’s largest clients contractually require candidate referrals within 72 hours but expect them faster. Sifting through qualified candidates to find those open to temporary positions can be extremely time consuming. Colsant needed a more efficient way to zero in on skilled people who would be open to contract work.
